Upon completion of your purchase, an invoice and payment instructions will be dispatched to you within a 24-hours. Please note that due to the specific requirements of our business operations, instant payment facilities are not available at this moment. Additionally, due to limited personnel, immediate payment confirmation may not be feasible.

Orders that have been paid for are promptly processed for dispatch the following day. Depending on your location, we use FedEx, DHL, or SF-Express to ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Customers in the Middle East will have their orders shipped via Aramex. Tracking details will be provided approximately four days post-dispatch. We regret that we cannot accommodate orders from India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan.
For your convenience, we accept various payment methods, including credit and bank cards, via Stripe and Airwallex. We also accept crypto and Western Union.

All products are sold in their present condition, with customers assuming responsibility for their purchases. In accordance with our policy, refunds and exchanges are not available. We assure you that CRIS&COCO only provides high-quality luxury bags and accessories in pristine condition. Should any damages be incurred during transit or if a package fails to reach its destination, we commit to resending the item without any additional charges.

Please note that while custom duties typically do not apply, some countries within the European Union, Canada, and the UK may impose a nominal import fee. Local customs will inform you of any such charges before the delivery. If the tariff rules of US customs change, we will adapt by changing the sending location so you won’t be affected.
