Upon completion of your purchase, an invoice and payment instructions will be dispatched to you within 24 hours.Please note that, due to the specific requirements of our business operations, instant payment facilities are not currently available. Additionally, due to limited personnel, immediate payment confirmation may not be feasible.

Orders that have been paid for are promptly processed for dispatch the following day. Depending on your location, we use FedEx, DHL, or SF-Express to ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Customers in the Middle East will have their orders shipped via Aramex. Tracking details will be provided approximately four days post-dispatch. We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate orders from India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan.

For your convenience, we accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, via Stripe or Airwallex, as well as PayPal.

Should any damages be incurred during transit or if a package fails to reach its destination, we commit to resending the item without any additional charges.

Please note that while customs duties are typically not applicable, some countries within the European Union, Canada, and the UK may impose a nominal import fee. Local customs will inform you of any such charges before the delivery.

 

If the US customs tariff rules change, we will do our best to adapt by adjusting the shipping location to minimize any impact on you. However, the situation is unpredictable and may change suddenly, and any charges will be determined at the discretion of US customs.
